- Flash 8
- Knowledge of Flash video development is required. Other video experience is a plus.

- Must be aware of integration of Flash with ASP/PHP . Experience with optimizing design for various bandwidth and platform requirements.

Description:
- Development of complex flash widgets, applications and/or games in Flash . Create and integrate media elements for a flash application (Using Flash Communiacation Server). Up to date on Flash trends and best practices; Design patterns, Flex, FABridge, Apollo.
- Experience on integration with web technologies such as XML, JSON, Javascript, Web Services, ASP, NET.
- Contribute to task identification, work estimates, and schedules for development activities.
- Contribute to existing documentation and create new documentation for application architecture, analysis, specifications, use cases, and release notes.
- Resolve complex technical issues.
- Adhere to media and programming standards |
