| |
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
A technically oriented and experienced project manager to lead project teams of the client, vendor and contract employees to implement a common Account Reconciliation system, TLM by SmartStream, for Finance organizations across Commercial Finance.
* Partner with CF businesses to implement a common IT solution that drives productivity, increases data quality and provides rigor and transparency in the account reconciliation process.
* Manage project objectives, scope, deliverables, resources and timelines.
* Drive system requirements, design, development and implementation through application of formal program management methodology.
* Provide project personnel with technical advice, direction and problem resolution.
* Manage and coordinate handoff of system support to the Account Reconciliations COE Operations team.
* Coordinate technical activities across business and shared services IT organizations.
* Establish and maintain effective client relationships, manage expectations, quantify and communicate business results.
* Proactively highlight issues that inhibit the attainment of project goals and implement corrective actions.
* Travel required 40%
