Description : |
| |
Analysis skills to quickly identify and resolve problems
* Deep technical knowledge of UNIX and DB2
* An understanding of at least one of APO, BIW, CRM, Enterprise Portal, EBP, SEM, Exchange Infrastructure or SAP R/3 Enterprise
* ABAP Workbench a plus (not mandatory)
* Working independently to identify and resolve customer issues on a timely basis.
* Ability to quickly understand and learn new areas, while working in a complex environment
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal
* Fluency in Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
* Good communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide problem determination and resolution services
* Pro-actively monitor and support the mySAP Environments, including:
* Daily/weekly/monthly checks
* Database Performance. Tuning, Sizing, Transport
* Connectivity, i.e: ALE; RFC
*Applying and managing changes consistently across the mySAP Environments, including:
* Support Packages, SDP's and CRT's, Kernel Patches, mySAP middleware, Database patches/upgrades
* Ensure all global standards are adhered to
* Review, maintain, and improve procedures for the installation, operations and support of the mySAP Environments
* Work in a diverse Global atmosphere and collaborate with remote teams and IT outsourcing partners |
