PM who has a strong BA background as well. He needs someone who can switch hats because the PM will be working on a large financial applications project / oracle upgrade for about 50% of the time. The rest of the time, they will be handling smaller projects. They will handle a lot of the project coordination as well as the documentation, so the BA background is crucial.
He needs PM who have experience doing 3rd party application implementation projects as opposed to true development project managers.
Environment is Oracle apps (8.5 moving to 9) and also will be upgrading the database environment to 12g.
Experience in engineering, construction or architecture industries a plus
Someone who is familiar in working in an outsourced environment also a plus.
