| |
** Configuration of the SAP**s Sales and Distribution (SD) module
** Sales Order Processing
** Available to Promise (ATP)
** Billing
** Credit
** Accounts Receivable and Cash Application, Rebates, EDI
** Support and enhancement of the Collections and Deductions processes utilizing Credit Strategies** application
** Identifying and resolving the root cause of day to day production issues
** Collaboration with the business units to research, define and deploy new business process improvements
** Developing functional specifications to support the deployment of custom functionality
** Testing of changes through the customer relationship management application landscape from development to production which would include integration via EDI and web-enabled customer service transactions
** Participate as a customer service functional team member on implementations of existing or new customer service functionality to the business units by translating business requirements into a functional design as well as coordinating and executing the development and implementation of the solution.
** Lead the implementation efforts of existing or new customer service functionality to the business by gathering, defining and translating business requirements into a functional design as well as coordinating and executing the development, testing and implementation of the solution
