Description : |
| |
Design, develop, and maintain database queries and stored procedures.
Develop data migration strategy between different products and
platforms. Develop, debug, configure, and optimize database
applications. Design and implement data quality control procedures.
Create and maintain database documentation to include functional and
logical designs tied to business output. Administer and manage
databases of customer connection information to which major companies
buy subscriptions. Serve as a liaison with outside vendors to ensure
smooth work flow of data. Assist in resolution of database problems.
Perform capacity management, performance monitoring and monitor and
report on all database performance indicators. Maintain application
databases and monitor operations. Ensure database integrity, indexing,
segmentation and recovery procedure are defined and maintained.
Database application configuration management, performance tuning, and
backup and maintenance procedures. Disaster preparedness with hosting
provider and internal team members. Schedule, implement, and document
database changes. Update database designs over time. Assist in linking
database to business intelligence tools.
