Overall, 7 plus years of experience in building software solutions.
**
2 plus years of OO methodology using Rational Unified Process or something similar and component design skills (flexibility, adaptability and scalability are essential "quality of service" characteristics)
**
4 plus years of Java experience, especially in the context of the Web (CoreJava/JDBC/Servlet/JSP/XML/JMS/Multithreading).
**
4 plus years of Web-related experience (Javascript/HTTP/Sockets in Java).
Must have competency and experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and Use case modeling.
**
Must have excellent communication skills.
**
Working knowledge of Design Pattern.
**
Working knowledge of Unix and Windows.
**
Good knowledge of of relational databases like Sybase or Oracle necessary.
**
Bachelor's degree in related field, though Masters is preferred.
**
Should not be Math-phobic. Should have Statistics 101.
