Must be local to CO, MS.
Must have atleast 1 Year telecom industry experience.
This position encompasses project/program management with the ability to work the total life cycle of a project.
As project/program manager, candidate will be required to work closely with the internal development team management and analysts to understand and track the progress of projects/programs across the board.
This person will also be required to interface with external organizations in the presentation of schedules and status of projects/programs.
This will include gaining expertise across a wide variety of Project/Program management tools that are being used.
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to drive and meet tight deadlines, and be exceedingly detail-oriented are required.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, and communicate across multiple team members and groups in order to successfully achieve objectives.
Being familiar with and proficiency with MS Office Suite applications including Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is needed.
Having knowledge of Verizon Business' products and services is a plus.
BS degree or equivalent plus relevant experience is required (includes significant project management or team leader experience and an in-depth technical knowledge level |
