-Minimum 5 years hands-on experience developing reliable scalable internet facing 24x7/high-volume applications.
-Detailed understanding of system analysis, performance tuning, scalability, security and reliability.
-Extensive experience with browser-based applications and WebServices APIs.
-Hands on experience with .NET 2.0, C#, SQL Server, SOAP, WebServices/WSDL, XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
-Experience with .NET 3.0, AJAX, DHTML, SOA, data modeling, localization desirable.
-Excellent analytical problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
-Excellent time management and leadership skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
-BS in a computer science, MIS or a related degree preferred
-Experience with financial services a plus.
