| |
In-depth technical experience related to the SAP payroll (PR) module and it is preferred that they have experience with E-Time systems,
- Work to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend solutions related to Payroll processes
- Incumbent assists with development, testing, and support activities related to the implementation of the GLOBE SAP PR module
- Provide on-going production support, regularly monitor and update service desk help tickets; provide user assistance, collaborate with appropriate teams to get system fixes tested and implemented
- Writes functional specifications, develops appropriate test scenarios and scripts, and analyzes test results
- Works with SAP developers to customize SAP Payroll for new and existing system deployments
- Provide technical support and expertise in resolving identified application issues and problems
- Provide technical analysis for the Payroll functional area; collaborate with GLOBE application specialists to develop functional/technical specifications and change requests |
