REQUIREMENTS (must have):
3 years experience in IT support role
2 years experience in ABAP programming
Imaging experience with Filenet, Documentum, or IXOS preferably in an SAP environment
4 year degree in IT or Engineering
Experienced in interacting with end users to review requirements and troubleshoot issues
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide production support for IXOS including:
- Trouble shooting issues, help desk ticket support, technical documentation, etc**
- Complete configuration for new document types as requested by divisions
- Support SAP data and document archiving and other archiving projects |
