The job description for this role is:
-Who can help him in planning the whole testing cycle in better way with less cost?
-Who can suggest and workout the off shoring of some task without any impact on quality?
-Who is good on both SAP and performance testing Tool side and can do trouble shooting and suggest tuning options for better performance.
-Who is good in BI also and can work with multiple vendor teams and can get the work done with the help of these teams.
-Who can do the requirement gathering/analysis and also set the benchmarks for the performance numbers.
-Who can do the estimate and present the final proposal to John after going through requirements etc.
