| |
Responsible for analysis of client departmental metrics/stats related to delivery of IT services. Works with Service Lines and clients to identify concerns, resolve issues, and drive process. Reviews systems development project requests and coordinates schedules and related departmental activities with assigned Business Unit Leader. Prepares activity and progress reports regarding applications systems and infrastructure analysis for assigned Business unit. Report to the CRM Program Manager.
80% CRM - 20% PMO
Fundamental, developing knowledge in basic facets. MS Office, aptitude/interests in Information Technology (Infrastructure/Application Mgmt.), good organizational and process skills.
