| |
Install, configure and administer Windows servers - 2000 and 2003
-Install, configure and administer IIS 5.0 and IIS 6.0, as well MSSQL 7, 2000 and 2005 servers
-Troubleshoot and monitor server performance problems, as well as monitor for intrusion, and real time availability and be able to react quickly to any issues or problems
-Provide documentation on Windows related projects
-Perform server updates and upgrades
-Maintain accurate inventory controls
-Perform emergency server restores and replacements
-Receiving, racking and cabling of hardware and servers
-Support other employees - editors, customer service, etc. - in use of publishing and other applications running on the servers
-Identify opportunities for introduction of new technology to help the company operate more efficiently or save money.
