Primary responsibility is to research and write documentation
following standard templates which describes these stakeholders'
requirements, to get written approval of those artifacts, and to serve
as a reference during the software design, development, and testing
processes, to ensure these stakeholder requirements are understood by
those who need to meet them.
Manages the development and communication of external stakeholder
software requirements, including changes to existing requirements.
Resolves complex issues between Product Management and a defined set
of additional stakeholders inside and outside of the software group.
Identifies product features, performance, fault tolerance and
deployment needs.
