| |
Must be local to VA, DC, MD, NJ, PA, CT, DE, NY.
Must attend In-person interview.
Strong ability to develop detailed Project Schedules in accordance with PMBOK, SDLC and Best Practices.
Assume primary responsibility for estimates as defined by the CMMI, i.e. SAP2, L2, SAP3 and L3.
Responsible for the delivery of the IT aspects of the Technical Design, Development and Testing activities.
Communication
** Function as the Technical Team**s first point of contact for the project.
** Participate in project conference calls and meetings, and review meeting minutes for accuracy.
** Provide information for the project Weekly Report, including effort hours, technical staffing issues and schedule status
Financial Management
** Assume primary responsibility for estimates as defined by the CMMI, i.e. SAP2, L2, SAP3 and L3
** Participates in estimation sessions as needed for IT project estimates for all IT tasks in the workstream
** Assume primary responsibility for the logging of effort by the technical team.
** Provide (WBS) estimated of effort.
** Assess the cost of project costs, including such items as license fees, travel, hardware purchase, etc.
** Identify, assess and contribute to the resolution of financial-related risks and issues.
