Following is the detail job description and comments provided by client on the role.
The selection process will be as follows.
First round of Tech int will be done by Client engineer.
Client will conduct 1-2 rounds of live meeting web conf int.
Solid coding skills are an absolute must. Ideally, candidate would have written several lines of code over the past years.
C#/.Net is what they will be working on, but prior work on C/C++ as well highly preferred over candidates with only C#/.Net
* Coder or Individual contributor in most projects they have worked on highly preferred compared to Dev Lead or Project manager or project coordinator (or) both IC and Project Lead.
Dev Lead or Project Manager experience is NOT needed for this position.
* Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering highly preferred compared to people with other degrees.
* For the same #years of experience, candidates who have worked on fewer number of projects of longer duration preferred compared to a large number of projects of smaller duration each
* For the same #years of experience, candidates who have worked primarily on C#/.Net/C/C++ or a combination of these on all projects preferred compared to candidates who have worked on a variety of technologies some of which are C#/.Net/C/C++ |
