Position: Desktop Support / Help Desk Support - ( 6 Positions )
Location: Albany, NY
Duration: 12+ Months
Required skills:
MANDATORY
1. The Candidate must possess an Associate**s Degree in Computer or Information Science AND/OR one (1) year of satisfactory work experience on an IT Help Desk/User Support environment.
DESIRABLE
1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer or Information Services.
2. Demonstrated Help Desk Agent Certification/Training
3. Demonstrated Customer Service Certification/Training
4. Demonstrated experience with the HP Service Center software (formerly Peregrine Service Center)
5. Demonstrated experience working closely with business customers to develop user requirements
6. Demonstrated leadership skills, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
7. A+ certification.
8. MCP certification.
