DESCRIPTION:
Performance Engineer with 7+ years of experience in technology to play a key role in ensuring that our systems continue to meet aggressive uptime and performance targets.
Provides technical guidance and consultation for web systems environments. testing multiple tier servers to meet growth or performance requirements and assures existing systems are not negatively impacted. Analyzes performance statistics to determine if systems support projected transaction volumes, response time.
*Minimum Qualifications
4 year degree and 5+ years of technical experience with 3+ years web experience.
Load and Performance Testing concepts and analysis
Mercury Load Runner and Performance Center
BEA Weblogic
UNIX/Shell Scripting
Wily Introscope
Preferred Skills:
JVM tuning concepts
F5 BIG-IP
TCP/IP
Java
Sun Java System Web Server
Excellent verbal and written communication
Comfortable interacting with all levels of management and technical resources
Well-developed presentation skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities and ability to work independently
