We also have a senior developer role position with the same skillsets, with more experience, in a senior role.
Required skills/experience:
** 5-6 years hands-on work experience in applications development.
** Must have direct experience in designing, building, and supporting a very large web presence
** Extensive experience with the following technologies: Java/J2EE, Frameworks such as Struts / Spring / Hibernate and EJB, OO Design Patterns, Apache HTTP Server, JBoss Application Server, Tomcat, Oracle
** Experience with any of the following a plus: SOA/Web Services (SOAP & REST), AJAX/RIA, Source Code Management (Perforce) and Continuous Integration (Cruise), Agile Project Management Tools (Rally).
** Experience building & operating one or more of the following types of systems: E-commerce, Billing, Payment processing, Content management, Content personalization or CRM
** Must be comfortable working in a Windows and Linux environment
** Experience with Agile (XP, Scrum) development methodologies a significant plus
** Must have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills as well as being highly self-motivated
** Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or other technical discipline required |
