The candidate must have 3-5 years experience in implementing billing and rate related applications using Oracle's SPL World.
The candidate must have strong writing and communication skills.
Visual Basic and DB2 application development skills are required.
Assignment
The candidate will be required to evaluate our existing suite of off-system billing applications.
The candidate will make recommendation regarding how these application could be implemented into the SPL World environment.
Excellent communication skills required.
