Our Client in Charlotte is looking for a Sr Business Analyst with very
strong Siebel Call Center experience. This consultant will be working
with the Siebel Call Center CRM Group. This person will be helping
them come up with designs about what screens should look like, working
with the lines of business, Project Managers and developers. This is
not a developer role but someone who knows Siebel Call Center, how it
works, what things the user will like. Strong Business acumen, Contact
Center experience a plus.
Knowledge of systems analysis, design, development, quality assurance,
and integration methodologies. Ability to support major
implementations to deliver applications software and/or technical
solutions to the business community that meets user needs. Strong
communication, analytical, negotiation and troubleshooting skills
necessary for independent project work. Experienced in creating and
maintaining project plans and in using project management
methodologies.
