Primary Responsibilities
-----------------------------
- Lead development of web applications
- Involvement with Lotus Notes development
Education and Experience
--------------------------------
- BS required. Computer Science or EE degree preferred
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 8+ years or more years of experience desired.
- Substantial experience with web development and architecture.
- Familiar with building dynamic web pages.
- Familiar with web scripting and HTML.
- Good knowledge of SQL for back-end database work.
- Solid verbal communication skills. Solid technical and business writing skills.
- Experience going through the entire development lifecycle including requirements gathering and documentation, design, testing, training, implementation and maintenance.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to manage and lead developers. Must be able to select and manage outsourced vendors.
