$60 Works on projects with a large scope and great technical complexity. Resolves a wide variety of problems ranging from simple to highly complex. Requires a high degree of judgment and discretion to select the appropriate method or technique and to interpret applicable operating policies and practices. Work customarily and regularly (50% of time or more) requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment.
Normally receives general work instructions on non-routine work assignments. Requires additional instructions and guidance on complex or new assignments. Decisions are made independently. Assigned multiple tasks or projects are generally reviewed after completion.
Contact is typically coordinative in nature and involves exchanging detailed technical information. May deal with both internal and external contacts.
Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge in job-related functional area and of the business.
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, and 4-5 years of job-related, systems analysis experience.
This position is for a Solution Architect. This position will be responsible for producing High-Level Architecture (HLA) documents and drawings on a per project basis. These solutions require coordination across multiple IT organizations as well as direct contact with the Marketing, Product Development, Service Delivery, and Engineering organizations in support of Verizon Business' Managed Network Services (VzB MNS). The positions will also be responsible for Joint Application Design (JAD) facilitation. Knowledge of the VzB MNS environment is helpful. |
