Business Analyst * Infrastructure Service SFA and CLM Integration
Strong Business Analyst required to primarily engage stakeholders such as Business, Multiple technology teams, Project Management teams and services delivery team to primarily gather requirements as well as creating a comprehensive technology workflow mappings as it relates to the current Sherlock SFA and the new CLM solution being deployed by the Que initiative. The individual will also drive the necessary integration touch points with the current Sherlock SFA and the new CLM solution and will be responsible for creating the framework, documentation and detailed business requirements which will then be consumed by the technology teams involved in project implementation. This individual will be responsible for some aspects of project management and in addition this individual will be a key contributor to define the necessary service offering including some needed analysis and also formulate a compelling argument for change using effective communication medium using MSFT tools (power points, excel etc)
The Infrastructure and Field Force Delivery team, Technology Management (TM) is part of the US Pharmaceuticals Operations division of the client company. The team was established in 2006 to provide infrastructure support and strategic operations planning for US Pharmaceuticals technology operations. In addition, the team partners with the client*s Worldwide Technology organizations, USP Business as well as financial organization to provide technology solutions and strategic initiatives.
The Project Management role includes the following responsibilities:
* Gathers requirements and develops business needs for the US implementation of *Que* service offerings
* Strong Business Analytical skills * Develop detailed technology workflow and the related technical business requirements.
* Strong project management skills- Develop a project plan |
