| |
EricssonOSS Engineer:
* Will be responsible for tracking vendor activities at the UMTS
sites.
* Must have the ability to go into the OSS to block and deblock radios
and transport so that field team can perform necessary hardware
validation activities.
* Will be responsible for performing pre and post analysis on the
site--determining if vendor activities have negatively affected a
site.
* If analysis shows activity has caused alarms or impacted
performance, need to escalate MNOC and Operations...via a CTS Ticket.
* Ultimate goal is to have a clean site!
* Must be able to determine via the OSS what the alarm is and
prioritize accordingly.
