Candidates with all levels of experience will be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion for technology, along with a proven track record of success in building technological solutions for Web, Business Intelligence (BI), and Database applications.
Skills/Requirements:- Experience and or familiarity with Java, C#, .NET, SQL, Oracle, and BI (Crystal, Business Objects, Cognos, MS SQL Server Reporting Services)
applications.- Strong object-oriented application design
architecture skills- Experience with Microsoft products including Sharepoint 2007
- Knowledge of and/or strong desire to learn financial math, fixed-income and real estate.
- Creative and organizational vision, strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Deliver promised solutions on time, on budget, and on scope.
- Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly growing work environment
- Comfortable working as an individual contributor, as a member of a team, or as a technology team leader.- Exceptional interpersonal skills including teamwork and negotiation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or comparable degree(s)/experience preferred.
- Initiative and Commitment.
