| |
Understanding of relations database environments.
Experience with the Oracle toolset using PL/SQL and SQL*Plus, Oracle Forms 4.5 or grater. Proven technical and analytical skills. Ability to develop work plans and follow through on assignments with minimal guidance. Utilize the Oracle toolset to maintain, design, develop, test, implement and document batch and some
online processes. Interface with business customers, business analysts, data analysts, other developers and IT support staff to complete assignments.
Experience in PL/SQL programming is required
- Experience with Oracle 10g environment preferred
- UNIX shell Scripting preferred
- Oracle Reports 10g and Oracle BI Tools preferred
- Full application development life cycle experience
- Work experience in Insurance industry preferred
- Work experience and familiarity with Hartford Financial Services systems and infrastructure preferred
- AWK Programming preferred but not required
- Strong skills in writing, maintaining, testing and debugging code in applicable programming languages
