We are looking for talented individuals with drive to carry us into the next phase of growth and beyond.
Requirements:
C#.Net Everything from Inventory tracking, shipping, CRM, ECommerce, Fulfillment, Organized intelligent shipping are custom built by internal resources. They also have 3 websites all in windows architecture in .Net, C# and SQL Server.
The development team is made up of 12 people and is in constant growth and very technology driven all the way to the CEO. They are well funded for technology initiatives and subscribe to a methodology very similar to Agile.
The development organizations initiatives are broken into 2 large parts. 60 % of efforts are focused on larger projects with multiple releases. These enhancements are voted on by business VP*s and the architect will design the solution. It is then broken into smaller iterations and built accordingly. The remaining 40% is either department specific and or bug fixes to production code.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
* BA or BS in Computer Science or related field
* 3-5 years experience in ASP.NET, C#, HTML, SOL, VB, Access
* Excellent business communication, writing and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated analysis/assessment capabilities
* Planning & organization skills
