1. Min. 3 years experience in understanding of Procurement processes ( Direct and Indirect Purchasing);
2. Min. 3 years experience in Strong Oracle Functional Purchasing, iprocurement version 11.5.10;
3. Min. 3 years experience in Oracle Inventory version 11.5.10;
4. Min. 3 years experience in Oracle encumbrance accounting for Federal; and
5. Min. 3 years experience in writing simple SQL statements with table joins to query data and be able to communicate with developers.
Preferred Skills:
1. Following up with Vendors/Buyers for resolution of Purchasing/Receipts issues; and
2. Good understanding of Oracle Payables and 3 way matching.
