Description : |
| |
Leading a team to provide high value business solutions and production support to our
business community
** 90% of time spent in Hands-on design, integration and configuration for applications
development and production support
** Create and modify business objects, applets, views, screens, and adapt business
components, fields, joins, links, business component user properties, drilldowns, and
visibility configuration using Siebel Tools.
** Establish and define the theoretical basis and principles for estimating project effort and
duration, while analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate technical
solutions
** Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
** Demonstrated ability to manage user expectations effectively
** Assist with managing communications, monitor risks and issues, assist with
development of mitigation plans and escalate for resolution as required
** Collaborate with Project Management team
** Ensure the Change Management, lifecycle and task tracking processes are followed by
all team members
** Resource balance across projects following business priorities and task urgency
** Manage 3rd level production support for bug fixes and enhancements
** Meet with project managers, manage expectations, mitigate risk to business and provide
recommendations to management
** Willing to work nights and weekends as required |
