One of our Fortune Client is keen in hiring "Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Applications" resources with following skills and experience
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
---------------------------
- Provide functional support for the maintenance, modification and implementation of Oracle 11i application. This includes the analysis, design, and implementation of business solution using AIM methodology;
- Provide production support with root cause analysis for support tickets and meet required SLAs;
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to improve team members in all improvement aspects; Leads and manages projects in order to accomplish measurable business process improvements;
- Define project requirements, project plan/schedule, resource needs and deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and ensure client satisfaction;
- Establishes customer relationships and facilitates development and delivery efforts to meet business goals and benefits;
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with fellow IT staff members at all levels, including peers, managers and senior executives.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrate leadership by building key business relationships and meeting business expectations through clearly articulating IT goals (in terms of improvements to key business performance indicators);
- Experience leading teams and driving strategic improvements;
Must have at least 7 years of progressive professional experience performing business analysis and end-user support in a corporate enterprise environment;
- Must have excellent understanding of enterprise business process analysis and solution design, and should be able to work with users to identify business issues/requirements and prepare recommended cost effective solutions;
