| |
o Product Management, Sales, Pre-sales and Operations,
o Development, directing and influencing the technology direction and design choices that are made
o Customers at the financial banks particularly in the voice architecture groups
This position is *hands-on* to the extent that the architect not only designs Asterisk based systems, but must also carry out feasibilities with the development engineers. The architect must be able to design and build devices and tools for testing the system.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
o Expertise in enterprise telephony communications products and technologies, modern Soft switching architectures, and signaling/call processing software development.
o Expertise in Asterisk internal architecture and source code, AGI and AMI.
o Expertise in Linux/Unix operating system application programming and scripting.
o Strong knowledge of Linux based Appliance development.
o Strong knowledge of C, C++, and Java programming languages.
o Strong knowledge of VoIP and SIP technology.
o Knowledge of security concepts and technology |
