CANDIDATE MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND COME FROM A DOT NET NUKE ENVIROMNET Working closely with Application Developers, Database Administrator, Project Managers, and Business Analysts, you will be responsible for the design and support of our global applications. Working on multiple application development projects, you will apply your advanced proficiency in creating innovative solutions that meet requirements, exceed quality expectations, and ensuring satisfied internal and external customers. In addition, as a member of the team, you will mentor application developers, help set technical standards, and establish good communications with all stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ** Lead the Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Development phases of multiple projects ** Provide recommendations and designs solutions to support Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). ** Research and recommend solutions to existing business challenges ** Mentor junior team members in technical and functional tasks ** Provide timely and accurate information to external and internal customers ** Ensure adherence to standards, and help develop policies and development guidelines. ** Periodic off-hours production support |
