THIS POSITION IS FOR OUR OWN INTERNAL QA SERVICE GROUP.
QA LEAD candidate should have following experience:
** Strong experience with IBM RATIONAL TOOLS (Req Pro, Test Manager, ClearQuest etc.)
** 7+ years of proven leadership in performance and automation
testing experience/skills.
** Strong, in-depth knowledge of quality assurance and test process and strategy from performance perspective.
** Demonstrated proficiency in each of the following competencies:
- Rational / Mercury Tool Usage - (Rational Functional Tester
and / or all Mercury tools, especially Loadrunner)
- QTP experience
- Functional Testing: Strategy and Execution
- Portfolio Application Knowledge
- Defect Trending and Triage
- Effective Communication and Issues Management
** Demonstrated knowledge of software QA standards/ methodology, infrastructure design, testing lifecycle
** Understanding of performance measurements and the ability to
provide analysis from all testing output.
** Knowledge of and experience testing client/server and web applications.
** Banking / Financial domain experience will be an added advantage |
