| |
Assist Project Manager in producing and maintaining project related documentation.
* Work with project manager and project sponsor to document the project*s scope.
* Write requirements, specifications according to standard templates, using simple, clear and concise language.
* Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements.
* Represent requirements with diagrams, prototypes, process flows, etc.
* Manage requirements, traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project.
* Manage changes to requirements through change control processes and tools.
* Act as test coordinator during the various phases of development and implementation, ensuring that requirements are met.
Mandatory Qualifications:
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
* Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented.
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with many different people, across different groups.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to quickly grasp and communicate complex business requirements.
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Project.
* Aptitude for research analysis and resolution of problems.
* Experience with web-based applications.
* Understanding of the technical architecture (Websphere, MQ, LDAP, etc.).
* Understanding of, or prior experience with, Rational Rose and Oracle.
