PMO is seeking a senior level project manager to lead two projects within the Model Office - Sales & Enrollment domain.
The project manager will have overall accountability for the project success. The project team will be a matrixed one, consisting of a business and IT solutions teams. Coordination with senior management and stakeholders throughout the organization is required.
****Although candidate must be comfortable managing both business and IT components of a project, the primary emphasis and focus of this position will be to lead and coordinate business requirements and business changes with business teams and key business partners.
Partnership with IT architecture and business sponsors is critical to the success of the project.
This position will report into a Program Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall project budget, managing scope, schedule, and resources to complete the project in expected timeframes.
The candidate should have at least 7 years of dedicated project management experience, with an emphasis in the following areas:
- Business Experience in Healthcare or Insurance including understanding of health insurance product development, enrollment, billing and claims processing.
- Experience working with brokers, sales and distribution partners a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience managing multiple projects at one time.
- CMMI Level 3 process experience a plus but not mandatory.
