Infrastructure Service Skillsets
ITIL Certified Helpdesk Manager
MCSE / CCNA Added Advantage
Knowledge of working on Service Management tools like Remedy/HPSD/Peregrine
Experience on basic networking and technical trouble shooting.
Should be ready to work in 24/7 shifts work environment
6 - 12 years of experience (Atleast 4+ years experience in an Operations Centric-Voice Based Process
Should have run a Service Desk process for atleast 2+ years independently / Worked as an Operations Manager for atleast 2+ Years for a Technical / Semi-Technical Process
Must have managed teams of atleast 50+ people including Team Leads, Support staff and L1/L2/L3 associates
Excellent People Management Skills
Excellent Process Management Skills
Good Analytical skills
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
A Dynamic Person who is a Self Starter and Motivator. Able to work independently and in teams and ensure consistent on-time delivery
Job Profile
Would take complete ownership of the Operations and Management of the Entire Helpdesk Function
Would be responsible for the overall Helpdesk Staffing
Would take ownership of maintaining and managing the expected skill levels of the team
Would be responsible for Training, Co-ordination and facilitation for Helpdesk Staff
Would be responsible for identifying gaps in the process and suggest improvements
Would manage and drive all the Helpdesk Improvement areas on an ongoing basis
Would review Daily, Weekly, Monthly and On-demand Helpdesk reports and detailed analysis conducted by the Team Leads / Supervisors
