| |
1. At least 5 years of professional experience on PeopleSoft HCM, Benefits and Payroll modules; Must be familiar with the relevant processes in these areas along with the knowledge of integration issues across PeopleSoft modules; The candidate should have worked on some large scale application deployments using PeopleSoft.
2. Experience with Test scripts to validate business processes; Documenting test results and related observations; Evaluating test results and severity of errors encountered during testing; and providing feedback on the outcome of various testing activities
DESIRABLE Experience:
1. Experience in activities related in the areas of business requirements definition, data conversion validation, system testing, user acceptance testing, parallel testing and performance testing.
2. Expertise in identifying test conditions for various types of business processes with emphasis on HR, Benefits and Payroll processes
3. Familiarity with Testing tools |
