Description : |
| |
Education: BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
Experience:
** 5 years proven version 7+ experience in Siebel configuration, business services, eScript,
Assignment Manager, Workflow Manager, Smart Scripts, Server Administration, EIM,
EAI, VBC, EBC and extending the Siebel 7 Database (certification preferred)
Knowledge:-
** Experience with integration techniques to pass data in/out of Siebel. EAI, VBC, MQ,
HTTP
** Siebel 7 experience a plus
** Experience performance tuning application with high number of users and large
databases
** Experience working with Data Modelers and DBA to do data mapping to accommodate
data structure changes
** Demonstrated SQL and Oracle experience
** Knowledge of Siebel environments, hardware configuration, architecture and security
administration
** Proven experience in successful development and delivery of at least two complex full lifecycle Siebel implementations
** Proven experience leading Siebel CRM integration and configuration resource
