App Support Activities: - Participate in functional change management process - Participate in the issue / defect management and reporting processes - Supply system administration services - maintain knowledge store - deal with Q&A - mentor users - monitor production environment & usage stats - send out reminder messages and alerts - monitor the state of licensing - Prepare to support new functionality and users (be trained and learn / master the material) - Maintain and communicate business cycle calendar (e.g., monthly steering committee meets, monthly dashboard updates, monthly resource plan and forecast updates) - Monitor and manage the queue of Business maintenance enhancement requests and process improvement ideas |
