- Ability to take a holistic view of the data and find out how it will tie back to the source systems.
- Ability to clearly define data requirements to the ETL development and Functional teams based on business requirements.
- Ability to create logical data model definitions based on the data requirements produced.
- Ability to develop source to target business rule mappings for the ETL development team.
- Ability to articulate thoughts clearly in writing and during presentations.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the development team, management, business users, other IT systems owners, and DA/DBA groups |
