Powerbuilder Programmer Analyst working with the Project Manager and Business Analysts in the design, development, testing, implementation and post deployment review of a system that will process financial loan applications. Components include: underwriting, ticklers, document management, and project management. Work closely with technical staff with various disciplines including Windows, Powerbuilder, Oracle, and web-based technology. Responsibilities include:
Programming in Powerbuilder with an Oracle back end to develop and deliver a system that is user friendly and meets specified requirements.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
Minimum of 8 years experience in Powerbuilder programming.
Minimum of 8 years working with the Oracle database environment.
Minimum of 8 years experience with Windows operating system.
Minimum of 8 years professional experience in Business Analysis and Design.
Demonstrate understanding of project management life-cycle methodology.
Strong collaboration, relationship management communication and written skills.
Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.
Ability to drive projects to completion |
