Description : |

Support current business applications that have been developed using
Microsoft Office / Windows, VB.NET, Microsoft Access and SQL server.
Lead & participate in the application development lifecycle including the
following:
systems requirements documentation
application design documents
establishment of development timeline & major milestones
guide / lead the development team
as a mentor
to ensure that the application meets or exceeds the stated requirements
to ensure adherence to established development standards
to ensure adherence to established timeline & milestones
test developer code throughout the development process to validate
correct operation
participate in programming / application development
oversee load testing (generally outsourced)
maintain various application environments (development, test, production)
