Description : |
| |
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Siebel rts, with atleast 6 years of experience in IT Experience on Identifying, logging, tracking and resolving customer requests.
Responsible for root cause analysis of requests and identifying ways to reduce calls.
Should be able to Track and resolve internal and external customer queries and systems issues.
Should be able to Develop new internal Standard Operating Procedure documentation.
Should Provide technical assistance with end-user training.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Will interact with IT staff and customers.
Must have an understanding of required in-service dates and communicate progress and status as the situation dictates.
Good Organizational skills.
Ability to track issues or problems to completion.
Understand priorities and organize/execute work accordingly.
Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to application, environment and data issues and end-user issues.
Require working independently and closely with configurators, analysts and other IT personnel to resolve applications issues and customer requests.
Should have Siebel configuration experience.
Should have Configuration and deployment experience on three or more Siebel implementation projects.
