The candidate will be leading and working with a technologically advanced
team responsible for developing multi-tiered web-based applications. As
such, the candidate must have prior experience in doing so with/in the below
mentioned technical environment. With this, the candidate will have high
level experience and knowledge of OOA, OOP & OOD. Furthermore, the candidate
will be responsible for mentoring/educating the companys development team
on existing and newer technologies and overall leading the teams efforts on
providing and executing strategic recommendations on making the existing
system a more maintainable and competitive platform.
Responsibilities include creating, optimizing and evolving heavy
transactional and scalable banking web applications using .NET 2.0 Framework
and SQL Server 2005 database. The candidate will be responsible for working
on all layers of the application and will have adequate years of experience
in working with Microsoft tools and technologies. The candidate must also be
able to work in a collaborative environment as well as work independently in
a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a team player, maintain a positive attitude, be
flexible and responsive, and drive to be knowledgeable of current

Required Skills
- Adequate experience with .NET framework with recent experience working
with .NET 2.0 framework (More recent platforms welcomed).
- ASP.NET, C#.
- Visual Studio 2005
- ASP.NET AJAX
- Web services
- Very good understanding of relational databases mainly MS SQL Server.
- Creating stored procedures and views
- Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Strong problem solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Strong communicator
