Role: Siebel RTS Lead
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Capability of Leading and supervising the Application Support Team and Technical Architecture Teams to ensure ongoing maintenance and support of Siebel applications.
Should be able to Supervise the Teams and Leads that provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Siebel applications
Should Ensure the overall stability, performance and quality of the Siebel environments Should Lead production application issue resolution and ensure issue status is continuously communicated
Should be able to Provide professional guidance and feedback to Application Support Team, Technical Architecture Team, Technical Release Manager and Software Configuration Manager
Should Inform other Teams of issues that may affect other areas of Interface or 3rd party applications
Should be able to Work with Software Configuration Manager and Technical Release Manager to develop and implement minor releases.
Responsible for root cause analysis of requests and identifying ways to reduce calls.
Should have Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Will interact with IT staff and customers.
Must have an understanding of required in-service dates and communicate progress and status as the situation dictates.
Should have Siebel configuration experience.
Experience in software implementation methodology and Enterprise Application Integration along with a working knowledge of database administration basics, schemas and objects.
Should have worked on major Siebel development and enhancement project.
Should have worked in Siebel Support for at least 3 years and have lead Siebel support engagements for at least 2 engagements |
