Of one our clients is looking for a SAP Technical Architect to join their
team direct perm.
The main duties would involve: SAP installations and migrations, SAP
technical instance landscape architect and design, Correction and Transport
System (TMS), Solution Manager, Implementation of SAP change control process
& procedures, Hardware selection and installation, High Availability &
Failover, Storage, Oracle or DB2 database, Operations expertise in SAP
systems management, and SAP Security.
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 8 years SAP Basis.
Minimum 5 years experience in leading or managing technical projects.
Working knowledge of SAP ABAP and JAVA stack support, IDOC, SAP 4.6X, ECC
X.0 and BAPI experience a plus.
Ability to architect design and implement a SAP landscape.
Thorough knowledge of OSS and Solution Manager
Working Knowledge of SAP Netweaver components SCM, BI, and
Understanding of legacy data feeds and integration between the systems
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
SAP R/3, PI, Event Manager, on RS6000, IBM P Series on Oracle DB and AIX
OS. SAP BI on SQL database and Microsoft O/Ss.
SAP R/3 ABAP and Netweaver Java Stack Support and Patching, Hot Packages,
etc
SAP Performance Tuning.
SAP R/3 upgrades 4.6X and ECC X.0.
Oracle Database and AIX O/S tuning.
SAP Transport Management System.
