SAP HR techno functional with US payroll, compensation and time management experience
US implementation experience in SAP HR
Total 10+ years of experience.
Must have 5+ years of functional experience in Domain area in the USA in Core HR Training, Time Management, Payroll and Compensation
5+ years of experience as SAP HR techno*functional Consultant / Architect with well*exposed to implementation, Customization, Analysis and Report
The candidate(s) must have minimum 2 full lifecycle onsite implementation experiences in SAP HR functional with US Payroll, compensation and time management, able to design end to end solution, validate FS and TS, conduct positive and negative testing
Must have worked on US Payroll
Must have worked on ECC6.0 version
Candidate with expert knowledge about US process implementations preferred
Overseas experience is must
Certification is an added advantage.
Graduate/Post Graduate with good academics.
Must have implementation & support experience on SAP HR Module |
