Description : |
| |
Business Development Manager will be instrumental in acquiring new clients through selling of staffing solutions in the South Central Region.
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending investments.
Interfacing with all levels of management, engaging in presentations and communications.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Proven track record of generating a high number of new accounts and consistently achieving/ Sales targets and gross profit growth goals.
Work with Account Managers as a Partner to develop business and Service Accounts and manage the business development cycle to successful close.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Other Skills and Abilities :
Expereince and demonstrated performance within the staffing Industry.
Ability to uncover and qualify opportuntities.
Strong ability to manage expectations and expert problem solver.
Expert negotiation skills and able to articulate the value of our services.
Ability to move opportunities through the sales cycle to close.
